Tron-legacy (2010) -- A Visual Stunner

Starring-Jeff Bridges, Garrett Hedlund, Olivia Wilde, Bruce Boxleitner

Directed by Joseph Kosinski

The sequel to the 1982's Tron is a visual treat(in 3D). Coming to the story, curious tech-savvy Sam Flynn(Garrett Hedlund) enters the digital world looking for his father Kevin Flynn(Jeff Bridges), who is stuck in his own creation, the digital world . Will Sam survive the GRID and if so, how does he emerge victorious(with his dad, Kevin) into the real world forms the rest of the story.

Graffic work(designing the GRID n the action part) is a visual extragavanza, full marks to the Technical department. Some crisp editing and better dialogue would have done wonders to the movie. But the Neon-Light rings, the Neon-Light loops and the Neon-Lighted heavy motors do keep you away from checking your mobiles..!!

Coming to performances, Jeff Bridges as Kevin Flynn looked in his element, carried on from where he left behind in TrOn(1982). Garrett Hedlund as Sam Flynn imposed imself as a curious, valiant sonfighting in the GRID. Micheal Sheen makes impact as Castor, resisting Sam and Kevin. Olivia Wilde as Quorra looks sure an eye-candy in the skintight suit and gives in a decent act. Other perfomances are passable.
Overall a visual treat, although its a bit dull in the beginning and drags itself at times, it picks up pace later and gives you some edge-of-the-seat moments. Dont expect something great and you will be surprised. Go for it guys..!!
